- You can only REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS if you have registered for the programme
(you would’ve received a 4 digit OTP when you were registered instore) - You will be automatically registered for the LOYALTY PROGRAMME if you booked your appointment online
- The BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT can only be used once per person at one IV Bar
- The birthday discount is VALID IN YOUR BIRTHDAY MONTH and on presentation of the birthday SMS
- LOYALTY POINTS AND BIRTHDAY DISCOUNTS are not transferable or redeemable for cash
